1. Shipping Locations: We currently offer shipping exclusively within India. Unfortunately, we do not provide shipping outside of India at this time.
2. Shipping Charges: We offer free shipping on orders over Rs. 5000. For orders below this amount, a nominal shipping fee will apply, which will be displayed during checkout.
3. Shipping Time: Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 5-7 business days, depending on your location within India.
Note: Shipping times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances like weather delays.
4. Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
5. Delivery Issues: If you experience any delays or issues with your order, please contact our customer support team. We will work to resolve the problem and keep you informed about your order’s status.
6. Address Changes: Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses. If you need to update your address, contact us immediately before the order is processed.
