Order Cancellation:
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. Please contact our customer support team to initiate the cancellation.
- After 24 hours, cancellations may not be accepted as the order processing will have begun.
Refund Policy:
- Eligible Refunds: Refunds are applicable if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Refund Requests: To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Provide your order details and photos of the damaged/defective product.
- Refund Processing: Upon approval, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless they are damaged or defective.
- Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Return Shipping:
- In case of damaged or incorrect items, Agarwal Creations will cover return shipping costs.
- For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
